Michelin X Line Energy D2 tires
X Line Energy D2 is to date the only on the market for a leading bus axle having rated ' A ' for rolling resistance. It has a completely new tread pattern. Crown tire tread deformation limits arising rolling tires, and thus reduces rolling resistance. In addition, the new tread design increases grip thanks to the lamellas Tower Pump that improves braking and traction on wet surfaces. 3D-Sipes also make blocks more rigid and resistant to bending, which increases the service life of the tyre.
Special tread mixture with silica content helps to increase the lifespan of the tyre and reduce rolling resistance. The second generation of Michelin ' Infinicoil ' also helps to reduce rolling resistance and EnergyFlex limits the deformation of the tire.
The model is marked M + S and 3PMSF, which means that it is suitable for use in winter conditions.
