Pirelli RK tires
** New Pirelli RK ** is offered to all of the best racing cars, starting with a new class of R5 and ending with the highest class. The tyre for asphalt is distinguished by two longitudinal grooves that match rules and allows you to use it on dry and wet surface. These grooves are shifted to the inside shoulder of tires for more effective water drainage and prevent aquaplaning. In addition, this feature improves cornering, when over loaded turns the outermost part of the tyres, providing a better grip at the expense of a larger contact patch.
For the World Rally Championship this bus will be offered in two versions with different combinations of rubber: rigid composition for dry coating and soft composition for wet roads, or in other cases of poor adhesion. Third, the ultra-soft rubber compound will be omologirovan for the Monte Carlo Rally, during which the teams often face very cold conditions.
