Falken to supply tires for Nissan Rogue crossover

Nissan North America has selected the Falken Ziex ZE001 A/S all-season tire as one of the base OE options for the 2021 Nissan Rogue SUV, which will hit the market this fall.

“We are very proud to have been selected as the tire supplier for the ever popular Nissan Rogue SUV,” commented David Colletti, Falken's vice president of OE tire supply, maintenance and quality. “We believe our ZIEX ZE001 all-season tire is ideal for both the SUV and the needs of Rogue drivers.”

The tread pattern of the ZIEX ZE001 A/S tire includes four annular grooves that effectively remove water from the contact patch and reduce the risk of aquaplaning, as well as increase driving stability on wet road surfaces. Bevelled tread blocks maintain uniform wear throughout the tire's life, and a solid center rib provides superior steering response.

The Falken brand is owned by Sumitomo Rubber North America. Previously Sumitomo and Falken were OE tire suppliers for the 2016-2018 Nissan Rogue.
