Point S Tires

The Point-S brand was created in 1971 in France by independent business entrepreneurs. The main reference in the work was the desire to produce high quality tires that would create a good name for the company. Point-S tires were one of the first French products on the auto service market.

Gradually, the geography of deliveries expanded, gaining customer loyalty in Western and Central Europe. In 2011, deliveries to Turkey and the USA began. And 2012 was marked by the start of exports to Estonia, South Africa and Canada. All this testifies to the compliance of product quality with high international standards.

The Point-S brand produces a line of car tires in sizes from 13 to 20 inches. At the same time, the needs of drivers of a wide range of passenger cars are satisfied: from urban compact veins to executive sedans.

The Point-S rubber for summer is available in two versions: a traditional version and a sports version. At the same time, winter tires have only a traditional modification. In total, about 100 models of tires for cold and warm seasons are released under this brand.

Non-sport summer tires have the following features:

closed compact outer shoulder with increased wear resistance and sound-absorbing properties;

rigid ribs around the circumference, ensuring stability of movement;

open interior area for efficient drainage of water.

The tread is designed in such a way that it provides an even distribution of pressure in the contact patch.

In the models intended for sports cars, the ratio of grooves to rigid blocks has been redistributed. As a result, it was possible to reduce the noise level and improve braking properties. In addition, reduced rolling resistance has been achieved.

In winter models, an asymmetric tread design is used, which ensures comfortable movement in various conditions. Silica was used in the rubber compound, which made it possible to achieve optimal acceleration and braking performance.
