Marangoni launches new Blackline ICE202 winter tread

Marangoni has not stopped developing new products despite the coronavirus pandemic.

Another novelty from Marangoni on the European market is the Blackline ICE202 winter tread, bearing the 3PMSF marking and specially designed for use in harsh winter conditions. New - a product of the new generation of the RINGTREAD family. It combines reliable grip and long mileage even in the harshest Nordic conditions.

Blackline ICE202's bi-directional tread pattern with variable blocking, open shoulder area and deep, intersecting 3D sipes provide superior control on ice and snow covered surfaces. The wide open shoulder area maintains stable traction, and the innovative cross-sipes keep the tread stable throughout its life to maximize traction and reduce heat. Special reinforcing bridges ensure tread stability on snow and mud, stability on ice and uniform wear.

The ICE202 tread is already available for the 315/70R22.5 tires, with the 275/70R22.5 and 295/80R22.5 variants coming on the market later.
