Goodyear announces new Wrangler Workhorse Powerline

Goodyear has announced the launch of a new range of SUV tires - the Wrangler Workhorse Powerline. The lineup will include three models - HT, AT and RT - which will hit the market in 2021.

The first new product, the Wrangler Workhorse HT, is based on a wear-resistant compound; it provides superior performance and safe grip on expressways. The second, the Wrangler Workhorse AT, delivers powerful traction on and off the road, and the third, the Wrangler Workhorse RT, offers stable off-road performance combined with excellent grip. The Wrangler Workhorse RT is formulated with a special wear resistant compound and is suitable for stud installation.

The Workhorse AT and Workhorse RT models carry the 3PMSF winter marking.

The Wrangler Workhorse Powerline portfolio will initially include 70 sizes from R15 to R22, with 22 additional sizes coming to market in 2022.

Goodyear has not yet announced whether the new Wrangler tires will replace any existing models. It is known that the Wrangler Workhorse tires will be produced at Goodyear factories in the USA.
