Continental launches new EcoPlus HS3+ truck tire

Continental Tire the Americas is updating its Conti EcoPlus range of tires available in the North American region and reports that the new Conti EcoPlus HS3+ has been field tested to offer a 27% increase in mileage compared to its predecessor, theContinental ContiEcoPlus HS3.

Designed primarily for the steering axle, the Conti EcoPlus HS3 + tire offers what Conti claims to be the highest fuel economy of its entire product range in this category. In addition, the tire offers great mileage and high durability, and is also suitable for subsequent retreading.

The tire compound reduces uneven wear and has increased puncture and damage resistance. The Conti EcoPlus HS3+ casing dissipates heat more efficiently than its predecessor, resulting in a longer tire life. The combination of design and tread pattern ensures ride comfort, while the SmartWay mark confirms the excellent fuel efficiency of the Conti EcoPlus HS3+.

The profile of the tire improves ride quality on asphalt roads, and the improved contact patch by evenly distributing pressure increases tire life.

The new Conti EcoPlus HS3 + is available on the regional market in several standard sizes: 11R22.5, 295/75R22.5, 11R24.5 and 285/75R24.5.
