Vredestein agro tires released in new sizes

After the expansion of the line, the Vredestein Traxion 65 tractors are available in a total of 19 standard sizes.

Vredestein has significantly expanded the size range of the Vredestein Traxion 65 tractor tires, which premiered at Agritechnica 2019. The tires were originally produced in four sizes, but now their number has been increased to 19. The model is available in sizes ranging from 16 to 42 inches, and all new sizes are already available on the aftermarket. In addition, tires are installed on their equipment by various tractor manufacturers.

The Vredestein Traxion 65 features a tread pattern with a larger mid-tread patch for improved ride comfort, and the tire manufacturer also notes that the tire has reduced noise levels. Tests at the RDW proving ground in the Netherlands showed that the Vredestein had at least 29% less noise in the tractor cab compared to premium competitors. Exterior noise can be reduced by up to 22% compared to other brands, and the company says noise reduction is important, especially for operators who spend a lot of time behind the wheel.

The pattern also includes curved lugs that increase traction. In addition, as the distance between blocks in the shoulder areas increases, the self-cleaning ability of the tires also improves, especially on sticky ground. This maintains a stable level of grip and reduces the amount of dirt carried onto the road. The manufacturer also claims that the optimized tire profile and tread compound will allow the Traxion 65 to last 30% longer than its competitors.

Vredestein Traxion 65 is available in sizes from 320/65 R16 to 650/65 R42.
