AMTEL-Fredeštajn group is an international company, one of Europe's largest producers of tires. The Group owns industrial pedpriâtiâmi in Russia and the Netherlands.

The group includes four companies: two bus-bar complex in Russia ("Amtel-povolzhye, Kirov; "Amtel-Chernozemye Voronezh; tyre factory in the Netherlands (Vredestein Banden) and one chemical company ("Amtel-Kuzbass Kemerovo").
