Sailun will continue to support World Child Cancer

Sailun Tire has been partnering with World Child Cancer, an international non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer from low- and middle-income families, for the fifth consecutive year. Sailun Tire donated €50,000 to World Child Cancer in 2020.

The coronavirus pandemic is putting tremendous pressure on already fragile healthcare systems around the world, which is why Sailun and World Child Cancer want to work together to ensure that children with cancer and their families have access to the care and support they need.

For the fifth consecutive year, Sailun is World Child Cancer's preferred patient transportation partner. Addressing transportation is vital for two reasons: First, it greatly increases the likelihood that a child will complete the necessary treatment and therapy, as many families cannot afford transportation costs to receive medical care. Second, transportation allows doctors to work with patients living in rural areas who may not be able to travel to the city for observation.
