Linglong Tire will provide technical support to a tire plant in Uzbekistan

On November 20, the Chinese tire manufacturer Shandong Linglong Tire and the Uzbek company Birinchi rezinotexnika zavodi LLC, which produces tires under the BARS brand, signed a cooperation agreement. As part of the agreement, Linglong will provide the technical support required to certify and homologate the plant to General Motors standards. Also, the Chinese company will assist the plant in the development of additional tire sizes, quality management and technological processes for four years.
Previously, Linglong Tire took part in the first phase of the plant, which lasted from 2015 to 2018.
The Chinese company notes that it is entering into a massive technical support agreement for a production project for the first time, marking the transformation of Linglong Tire from a tire manufacturer into a technology and global solution provider.
