Michelin awards its oldest employees in Italy

On Friday, October 22nd, Italy hosted Michelin Day 2021, an annual festive event during which Michelin honors its Italian employees for 30, 35 and 40 years of service.
Since last year's celebrations were canceled due to the pandemic, this year's awards went to those who reached these milestones in the company between 2020 and 2021. During Michelin Day, 121 Michelin Italiana employees received awards, 67 of them over 30 years with the company, 23 over 35 years and finally 31 over 40 years with Michelin. In addition, the company officially welcomed over 200 new employees to Michelin during these two years at the celebrations, which is a significant achievement when considered in light of the pandemic and the associated business constraints.
