Michelin produces a new tire for excavators — Power Digger

Michelin North American division recently unveiled a new radial tire for wheel excavators - the Michelin Power Digger.
The novelty is suitable for dual installation and is presented in the replacement and primary configuration segments.
Thicker side walls of the Power Digger effectively resist damage, and directional lugs improve movement stability. In addition, the contact patch of the new tire remains unchanged even when the excavator completes a full turn on different types of surface, and the highlighted central area of the tread includes an increased amount of rubber, which optimizes tire wear.
