American tire retreading industry fears of Chinese competitors

US industry organization TRIB, dealing with issues of the restoration of tires, expressed its disappointment at the February decision of the commission on the US International Trade not to impose anti-dumping duties and compensating truck and bus tires imported into the country from China.

"Thousands of jobs in the recovery sector and related areas are under threat due to dumping and unfair subsidies for truck and bus tires manufactured in China," - said in a press release TRIB.

TRIB said it would continue to explore all possible options to protect American tire industry players recover.

Earlier Commission on International Trade with a narrow margin of votes did not approve the fact of the material damage caused by the local industry from imported Chinese tires.
