Bekaert to close the tire cord factory in Hoizhou

Bekaert company decided to close its plant for the production of tire cord in Huizhou
"Investment restrictions in Huizhou adversely affect the potential for further growth of the plant and prevented increase its economic efficiency to the level of our other businesses," - the company said in March.
In the future, Bekaert intends to invest funds in the rest of its factories located in China. Separately, the company noted that during 2016 it has expanded production capacity for the production of tire cord in China, India and Indonesia.
