China increased tire exports by 6% year-on-year

According to data provided during the conference China Rubber Conference-2017, the Chinese rubber industry increased last year the volume of exports by 2.7% - up to 9.3 million tons of finished products. However, the cost of exports fell by 8.1% to 44.3 billion dollars.

The leader of the segment is the footwear industry - it accounted for 25.8 billion dollars of exports (which, however, is 8.9% lower than in 2015). On the second place - tires. In this segment, the value of exports was $ 12.9 billion, which is 6.8% lower than in 2015.

The volume of tire exports from China over the past year increased by 6.4%, to 5.8 million tons.
