Marangoni Ringtread franchise will start operating in the south of India

Marangoni GRP Private Ltd (MGPL), a joint venture of the Italian tire manufacturer Marangoni and the Indian group GRP, which is engaged in the recovery of commercial-grade tires, signed the first contract within the framework of the Ringtread franchise.
The contract was signed with a company from Karnataka State Bhagyavanti Tires; It will act as a franchise holder from the second quarter of 2017 in five districts of the state and use the Ringtread technology to rebuild tires.
As Maranooni CEO Dino Maggioni said, after testing the pilot center in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the company is ready to expand the franchise throughout India. The company hopes that the rapidly improving road infrastructure, the growing use of radial cord tires and the continuation of economic reforms in the country will have a positive impact on the Indian logistics sector and local fleets.
