Nokian Tyres presents a unique concept for the Dry Touch 2 lamella. Thanks to the revolutionary technology, the lamellas remove moisture from the space between the tire and the contact surface, drawing water into the wide main grooves through the central groove of the rib, providing excellent grip on the wet road.

The unique lamella is located on the central ribs and has a channel communicating with the main central grooves. The shape of the lamellae ensures excellent grip of the high performance tire in wet conditions, even with prolonged use. The Dry Touch 2 lamella expands in the base, which, when worn, provides a greater capacity of the grooves. Thanks to this structure, the tire better diverts water and copes with the effect of aquaplaning.
