Vredestein Tires

AMTEL-Fredeštajn group is an international company, one of Europe's largest producers of tires. The Group owns industrial pedpriâtiâmi in Russia and the Netherlands.

The group includes four companies: two bus-bar complex in Russia ("Amtel-povolzhye, Kirov; "Amtel-Chernozemye Voronezh; tyre factory in the Netherlands (Vredestein Banden) and one chemical company ("Amtel-Kuzbass Kemerovo").

Russian companies of the Group produce a wide range of tyres for passenger cars and trucks, agriculture, aviation and special vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles. "Amtel-Fredeštajn» is one of the three leaders of the tire market of Russia. In the year 2004 the total volume of Russian production Group amounted to more than 14 millionovedinic tyre products and market share grew to 13.4%. More than half of the manufactured product Group accounted for passenger and light truck tyres.

The company annually sells over 4 millionovšin. Vredestein Banden Bv. takes about 2% of the European market, where it has an extensive distribution network. The company has an extensive distribution network in Europe, and also sells its products in North America and Southeast Asia. About 30% of sales are made in Germany. A significant amount of production is sold in North America and Southeast Asia. Vredestein Banden specializes in the manufacture of tires UHP (Ultra High Performance) and HP (High Performance). In recent years the company has carried out intensive investments in the development and modernization of production, enabling her to organize at one site manufacturing a complete range of cutting-edge high-quality tires of all types and sizes.

Acquisition by the company "Amtel Vredestein — first time investing the Russian holding company into the European economy.
