Continental named "Tire Manufacturer of the Year"

"Tire Technology International Awards" declared Continental company the winner of the award "Tyre Manufacturer of the Year" Jury Prize.

As stated by the German company, she managed to get around another candidate, Hankook Tire, with significant investment in research and development made during 2016, in the well into production.

The jury also paid attention to the development center of farm tires in Lohadu, Portugal, and the expansion of production capacities for the production of Continental truck tires in the Czech town of Otrokovice.
