The European division of Bridgestone reports scheduled for the spring of this year, the price increase on the company's tires for passenger cars, light trucks and four-wheel drive, as well as for motorcycles. Increase that will affect all of Bridgestone brands make up 8% and will come into effect gradually, from April 1, will increase the prices of summer tires, from May 1 - during the winter.
The manufacturer says this forced step increase in raw material costs.
