Pirelli presents Formula brand truck tires in the American market

North American branch Pirelli Tire represents in the markets of the USA and Canada the tires of the commercial class, produced under the brand name Formula. The company announced this expansion of the offer in the cargo segment at the MATS exhibition in Kentucky. Pirelli participates in MATS together with TP Commercial Solutions L.L.C. - an organization engaged in sales and marketing of trucks, buses and industrial tires of an Italian manufacturer in the region.

Among the products presented at the exhibition was the Pentathlon D model - a tire for the leading axle, intended for long-distance cargo transportation and certified by SmartWay. The novelty offers a successful combination of high mileage, durability, energy efficiency, powerful traction and suitability for tread restoration. The two-layer compound allows to significantly increase the productivity of the tire, and the optimized geometry of the tread pattern and the improved belt strengthen the wear resistance. A directional tread pattern maintains excellent grip on a dry and wet road. This is the first Pentathlon line that Pirelli will offer in the markets of the US and Canada.

Another new proposal - G: 85 Series, tires for combined use, characterized by increased strength. Models FG: 85 and TG: 85 are designed for the steering and driving axles. The manufacturer characterizes them as good "workhorses" for working in off-road conditions and on asphalt.

FH: 01 Motor Coach - development for buses that carry out long-distance and regional flights. It differs, as the manufacturer claims, increased strength and high comfort of movement. The optimized tread pattern maintains an accurate steering response and a safe grip level on dry and wet roads, and Pirelli's innovative designs allow for uniform wear.

Formula Driver II - a novelty of the brand Formula. Thanks to the technology Pirelli SATT provides strength, reliability and high mileage, as well as responsive steering response and uniform wear.

All these products, according to Pirelli and TP Commercial Solutions, are developed on the basis of the advanced technologies of the Italian manufacturer, taking into account all the needs and characteristics of the operating conditions of American transport parks.
