Pirelli is expanding its range of all-season tires and adding 22 new sizes to the Pirelli Cinturato All Season Plus and Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season ranges.
Both tire lines are available with Pirelli's 'Seal Inside' tireless technology, which allows the tire to continue driving after punctures up to 4mm in diameter.
Available in sizes R15 to R20, Cinturato All Season Plus is designed for city cars and mild climates. They have a directional tread pattern, the location of the grooves of which accelerates the removal of water from the contact patch. Tires reduce the risk of aquaplaning and reduce driving noise, both inside and outside the vehicle. Another characteristic of Cinturato All Season Plus is the 3D edging. Designed to optimize tread block movement for improved braking and cornering performance. Optimizing the tread pattern also maintains more even wear and increases tire life. In snowy conditions, the tread blocks maintain strong traction, which is why the Cinturato All Season Plus tires received the winter M + S and 3PMSF markings.
The Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season SF tires are designed for crossovers and SUVs. They also carry the M + S and 3PMSF markings to ensure they are safe in any weather.
The special design of the Scorpion Verde All Season SF tread pattern and block arrangement provide excellent handling of the tire both on snow and on wet roads, powerful grip, high lateral stability and low driving noise. In addition, the tires are characterized by reduced rolling resistance and long service life.
Pirelli's all-season range is complemented by the Pirelli Carrier All Season, dedicated to vans and light commercial vehicles. The tire features excellent handling, high wear resistance, low rolling resistance and excellent performance in all weather conditions. In addition, Carrier All Season is the leader in its class on wet asphalt and has the winter M + S and 3PMSF markings.
With the new sizes, Pirelli claims the company's all-season tire offer covers 90% of the all-season tire market.
